Dittons Road Exterior Repair & Painting

External repair and refurbishment works were carried out on a residential property in Eastbourne, where the building required extensive maintenance. Scaffolding was erected to allow full access to the façade, which had areas of crumbling render, loose mortar, deteriorated woodwork and flaking paint. Repairs included scraping back unstable mortar, sanding and restoring timber elements, and using epoxy to rebuild damaged sections of woodwork and seal gaps around roof tiles. Cement was applied to repair defective areas of the exterior before being finished in white paint. The front door was also sanded and repainted, leaving the property fully restored and looking like new.
